1 Ordering

You can place your order or request a free quote by filling our order form.

2 Order Processing

Once we receive your order, the processing unit controls the checks and ask for clarification if required. Once your order is confirmed the unit chooses the right person for the job and makes a careful planning of how each task should be executed.

3 Digitizing

Our Digitizers interpret the designs/jobs and digitize your order with the highest artistic skills keeping final production in mind.

4 Sew Out

We sew out your degitized design on our own embroidery machines to check the out come.

5 Quality Assurance

Our Quality Assurance Team then checks the degitized design and add some finishing touches if needed. They check all possible defects that can occur in color changes, trims, densities, etc. We also check if the design meets your specific requirements perfectly.

6 Delivery

When we are completely satisfied with the sew out, We scan it and send it’s picture along with your degitized file so that you know the outcome of your design before starting your production.

7 Payment

We collect payment when we send you the invoice and orders are finalized. We accept payment by all major Credit Cards i.e Visa, Master, Discover and American Express. You can also pay us through Paypal. Full Payment details will be shown on your invoice/statement.
